  1. The Vow of Simplicity of Life
  2. The Vow of Purity of Heart
  3. The Vow of Obedience
  4. The Vow of Non-Violence
  5. The Vow of Universal Citizenship
  6. The Vow of Providence
  7. The Vow of Compassion

OPTIONAL:
Lay Monastics are invited to take the Four Vows in addition to the above 7 promises. They are:

  1. Poverty
  2. Celibacy
  3. Obedience
  4. Enclosure
